Miss Costa Rica Maria Quesada won the Fido’s Bikini Competition Tuesday in advance of tonight’s 2008 Reina de la Costa Maya pageant in Belize. The bikini contest had four rounds — meaning four bikini changes for each contestant — and went to a fifth round after the fourth round ended in a tie. I think the judges just didn’t want it to end!
