Sara Hoots of San Antonio, TX, was crowned Miss Hooters International 2008 last night at the 12th Annual Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant. About 130 Hooters girls from as far away as Shanghai participated in the competition. Hoots was second runner-up in last year’s pageant.
